CatalogueThe West Elm catalogue shows off their products and provides inspiration for customers decorating their homes. They are available in each store, through the mail, and even online. The catalogue is easy to shop, and all the products are available online as well. The catalogue shows the individual personality of each piece and room.

Community OutreachWest Elm has a commitment to improving global quality of life and strengthening local communities. Stores host events and workshops, and become social hubs in their communities. They use fair trade practices and support artisan production across the globe. There is a section of each store devoted to selling products created by local makers. West Elm also collaborates with smaller shops or artists, to create unique products. Additionally, almost all West Elm products are made from recycled or reclaimed materials.
